What it looks like
A cheerful vintage-travel painting: your pet sitting up in the passenger seat of a mint-green 1960s convertible, front paws on the door and looking out at the view, fur gently blown back by the breeze. Behind them, a winding coastal road, hills and sea in warm golden light.
Pets and photos that suit it
Dogs who love the car and cats who love a window both suit it. Use a clear photo with the face and front of the body visible; the pose is painted for you, so your pet doesn’t need to be in a car.
Gift ideas
A fun gift for a car lover, a travel buff or a family that never leaves the pet behind, and a sweet memento of a holiday. It looks great in a games room, garage or hallway.
Printing and framing
Lustre paper brings out the warm sunshine and chrome. A natural timber or black frame suits it. The print-ready file is 3072 × 4608 px (2:3), sharp at A4 or 8 × 12 in; we recommend A3 or 12 × 18 in as the largest. The Bundle adds 8 × 10 in and A4/A3 layouts and a phone wallpaper.
Road Trip questions
Does it work for cats?
Yes. Cats are painted sitting calmly on the seat, looking out over the door, which suits them just as well.
Can I choose the car colour?
Not yet. The car is always a mint-green vintage convertible.
Can I add my pet’s name?
Yes. Add a name before you make the preview and it can be lettered into the artwork. The Bundle also includes a version without the name.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, because there’s nothing to ship. Your portrait is an instant digital download, so you can order from anywhere and print it at a local photo lab, an online print service or at home. Prices show in your local currency where available.
